We process all orders very quickly on our warehouse in Toronto. Due to our short delivery times, your order is processed immediately when you place the order and, therefore, we cannot cancel or modify the lost or add products.

Shipping costs is 7.85 for all orders, deliver time varies depending on the province. Free shipping for orders over $50 CAD.

Average delivery time is 3-6 days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for expedited shipping. Within the GTA we are piloting next day delivery free of charge. We work as hard as we can to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, 90% of our orders are shipped in less than 24 hours, and all orders within 48 hours!.

When we receive an order from you we will send a confirmation to your email address. Therefore, it is important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. The confirmation is also your purchase receipt. If you notice any errors, please contact info@twistshake.ca immediately and attach your order number.

You can choose to pay by debit card, credit card. All payments are handled through Shopify Payments, we do not see or handle your payment information.

In order to make use of your right to return a product, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when making a return. To complete the return process, write to us at info@twistshake.ca and indicate your order number.

If the package is damaged during delivery, you must report it directly to Carrier first. Claims for damaged packages can be made directly at carrier website, if you need help finding the site send us an email at info@twistshake.ca and we will help you with the info you need. If your product is defective, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Write to info@twistshake.ca and provide as much detail as possible. Do not forget to indicate your order number.

We do not have our own store in Canada, but our products are available in selected grocery stores and also in children's / baby stores.
